A bit about your friendly Discord/Telegram personality: Emily has worked within the software sector for the last 12 years. The large majority of her past software experience has been in SaaS products supporting highly regulated industries: pharmaceuticals, HR, and insurance. Specializing specifically in platform development meant to support flexible use cases with configurability for a best fit product.
Our new Head of Product has over 8 years of product management experience.
She uses a scientific process for all product development, running surveys, experiments, and extensive research with a variety of users to get the best holistic solution to the business problem faced. Analytics are a key decision driver, and connecting with users is of utmost importance.
